2004 Vintage Release
All of these wines underwent a cold soak prior to fermentation, followed by hand punchdowns three to five times per day until fermentation was complete. No sulfites were used prior to or during fermenting.
These wines were then pressed off and placed in new and used oak barrels (50%/50%), half of which were French oak and one-half were American. Following one year of barrel aging, the wines were bottled unfined and unfiltered.
